{{product.description}}

  • See every pound of AI spend, and what you cannot yet see.

Connect read-only provider credentials and get a cost baseline with an honest coverage score. Gaps are named, never hidden, and unattributed spend stays visible.

  • AI does the analysis. People approve at defined gates.

Each checkpoint offers two to four bounded options, a confidence signal and a visible time budget, so a generalist consultant can run it. Escalation to an expert is always available.

  • Spend is tied to outcomes, whichever provider bills it.

Cost Per Verified Outcome is computed from reconciled billing and a business value per outcome that you and Capgemini sign. The AYCI score shows how far to trust each figure.

The platform

Three layers: a workspace, an engine and a foundation.

{{product.name}} has three layers. {{product.owner}} builds, runs and calibrates all of them, so clients use the outputs and never install the calculation engine.

Each client has its own workspace. Capgemini staff see the full detail; the client view shows outputs, findings and confidence in words. The server decides what each viewer may see, so protected methodology never reaches a client browser.

The engine computes Cost Per Verified Outcome and the AYCI confidence score, raises optimisation recommendations for human approval, and authorises and monitors agent sessions. It stays on the Capgemini side.

A data layer on the FinOps FOCUS schema ingests billing and usage through read-only provider connectors. Every row is scoped to a tenant, and staff sign in with Microsoft Entra ID.

How the platform works
Operating model

AI does the analysis. People decide at the gates.

Consultants, experts and capability owners run one platform across many engagements. The platform produces the finding, a person chooses between bounded options, and the decision is recorded.

Engagement leadership

The Capgemini engagement lead agrees scope and tier with the client and countersigns each outcome definition with the client owner.

Expert desk

FinOps-for-AI experts (L2) resolve escalations against an SLA, approve threshold and policy changes, and own scope and assumption reviews.

Consultant hubs

Generalist consultants (L1) run the checkpoints: G1 to G3 for Govern, then G4 to G7 as an engagement moves through Attribute and Optimise. They choose between bounded options and escalate on exception.

Capability

Capability owners (L3) calibrate detection and thresholds from observed outcomes, publish parameter versions and redesign checkpoints that escalate too often.
